The Single Again programme

Single Again is a new 8 week group coaching programme that takes place over the telephone every Tuesday evening from 7pm to 8pm (UK time).

The programme will run from 1 November 2005 to 20 December 2005 inclusive.

Who is the programme for?

Single Again is for newly-single women who have been in a long-term relationship and who are returning to ‘singlehood’ either through choice or because their partner has ended the relationship.

The programme has been designed to help newly-single women like you to:

• cope with, and make sense of being single again
• survive re-entry into life as a single woman
• get your finances under control
• recover from the break-up of your relationship in as short a time as possible
• plan how you want your life to be in the future and
• go on to have a life you really, truly love

How much does it cost?

Since this is the first time this programme has been available as a teleclass, I am offering Single Again at the introductory price of just £79.00 for the 8 week programme.

This includes:

• one group coaching session held on the telephone each week for 8 weeks
• weekly worksheets and exercises to help you sort out the mess caused by the separation and divorce and to improve your self-esteem, confidence and self-knowledge
• regular email support and encouragement via our Single Again discussion group (which allows you to share your experiences, disappointment and challenges and celebrate the good bits).
